A Technolog Blog has been set up for the TISD staff that includes information and help on phones, email, computers, projectors and more. This will answer many questions you may have involving your technology devices and software.
A Technology Request can be submitted using the link below. Before submitting your technology request here are a few helpful tips to speed up completion of your request.
* Reboot the computer, phone, or device you are having issues with. Rebooting will solve a lot of issues.
* Place separate issues on separate work requests.
* Don’t send emails or leave voicemails for technology requests. Since we only work out of the work order system leaving messages or sending emails will cause a delay.
* If you are having issues with logging in to the work order system, other users can send technology requests on behalf of another user.
If the issue requires immediate attention such as phone system failure, network outage, or other issue campus wide or district wide then call the technology department as well as put a technology request in the system.
We need technology requests entered for ALL work requests no matter how simple the request. It helps us track issues with certain products and gives us other helpful information.
